This week, we will tell you what we actually do.
Blacksheep Vietnam is a full-stack engineering and product realisation team based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We work with clients who need complex, high-precision products developed and manufactured in small volumes, to exacting standards.
Our capabilities span 03 technically demanding domains:

- Scientific equipment including fluidic and laboratory systems
- Medical devices
We work across four areas:
1/ Product Development: From the earliest stage of concept definition to production-ready engineering. Our scope includes product optimisation, not just new product development.
2/ Manufacturing Services: We manufacture from a completed design package and handle everything from there: sourcing, supply chain management, assembly, testing, quality control, packaging, and delivery anywhere in the world.
3/ Market Access Services: For international partners in life sciences, engineering, and manufacturing who want to introduce their products to the Vietnamese market, we provide a structured route in.
4/ Marketing Services: We provide embedded marketing for companies in science, engineering, and manufacturing. Unlike traditional agencies, we speak the language of engineering. Complex technical ideas, translated into clear positioning, content, and strategy.
