💠Những hạng mục QH Plus đảm nhiệm được triển khai trong bối cảnh dự án đòi hỏi tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật cao và định hướng phát triển bền vững, thể hiện qua các điểm sau:
✨Dự án áp dụng các tiêu chí LEED, WELL, ESG, đòi hỏi nhà thầu phải tuân thủ chặt chẽ từ vật liệu, biện pháp thi công đến quản lý phát thải.
✨Được phát triển theo mô hình khu công nghiệp chất lượng cao, hướng đến hạ tầng tiêu chuẩn quốc tế, thiết kế tiết kiệm năng lượng và hạn chế tác động môi trường, đảm bảo hiệu quả vận hành cao và phù hợp với nhu cầu của các nhà đầu tư FDI chất lượng.
✨Khối lượng 1.400 tấn kết cấu thép được QH Plus gia công theo tiêu chuẩn cao, đáp ứng yêu cầu về độ chính xác - độ bền - an toàn, đặc biệt trong các hạng mục kết cấu chính của nhà xưởng quy mô lớn.
