How stressful is life in Vietnam?

Research recently shows that many Korean and Japanese people intend to move to western countries or America as their life in their own countries is uneasy! This raises a question that Is Vietnam easy to live?
#1 Climate: South of Vietnam has tropical climate which temperature which characterized by monthly average temperatures of 18 ℃ whereas the north features a warm humid subtropical climate which characterized by hot and humid summers, and cold to mild winters. Therefore; in general, the south has more comfortable climate.
#2 People: Hanoi has a long history of thousand years and Hanoian tends to more traditional whereas Hochiminh is a young city and it is affected much by western and American culture. People like Korean and Japanese love to live in the north as here they can find some similarities in culture; however, western and American people love Hochiminh city.

Pandemic Update

Vietnam reported its first case of COVID-19 on January 23, 2020 since then 1281 cases and 35 deaths were reported. It has been 75 days, Vietnam reported with no newly infected cases. The risk of the new covid wave is quite obvious as people here return to their normal work and the number of repatriations. Opening border to foreign people has not been conducted largely as the Covid 19 situation in the world still has no signs of improving.
Generally, Vietnam is now safe for its own people, but we still need more time to welcome tourists and expats.
