Dự án Lotte Mall Hà Nội cần tuyển thư ký phòng Xây Dựng :

- Implement office administration work on the site as assigned by the Site manager: organize meetings, paperwork, prepare office supplies, internal document delivery, investor ... and other partners on site;
- Summary and distribute documents, timely information to departments under the direction of the Project Director /Site manager.
-Update reports on activities at the construction site to coordinate with company departments to support the construction sites;
- Monitor, time keeping for all staffs in site, monthly update to HR team
- Record, control site's cashflow and report to head office
- Corporate with internal team (MEP, HSE and Admin) to complete procedures

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
•At least 10 year experiences of Electrical work in Construction

• Able to work independantly with minimum supervision

• Able to work close with all level of stakeholders

• Shopdrawing Skill (CAD ability)

• Experience of Hotel Construction

• Detail Skill: Guestroom Control system and Elevator Ficilities

• English communication

*** Job Position : Shop Drawing Engineer

• Perform Drafting of As-Built drawings & Shop drawings for submission and construction purposes.

• Coordinate with project manager for drawing issues.

• Amend and update drawings as per latest changes.

• Prepare all necessary drawings, layouts and details.

*** Requirement :
• Min. diploma in Building Construction or civil

• Min. 3 years’ experience in related field

• Bilingual in English and Vietnamese to liaise with Vietnamese speaking associates in view of business communications.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop or sketch up

• Able to read structural plan/drawings.

• Prepare, develop and produce Combined Service Drawings/ Structural, Electrical and Mechanical drawings, layout plan and section details

• Result driven with a can-do attitude.

• Able to commit after normal working hours.

• understand ethical management and keep this rule.
