THE SUSGRIP 2F IS NOW UNDER 1KG, +40N GRIPPING FORCE, SAME STROKE.
๐ Weight: 990g, down from 1250g.
๐ Gripping force: 140N, up from 100N.
๐ Stroke: still 128mm.
What does that mean?
On a humanoid or mobile manipulator, every gram on the hand is a gram taken from the arm's own payload or the robot's battery life. That's the direction we built this update for - hands that stay light as robots themselves start carrying more of their own weight around.
The added force means it can now hold parts that used to sit right at its limit - heavier, denser, tougher to grip.
Same mechanism. Just more room on both ends. ๐
