RECRUITMENT FOR ADMINISTRATION
🏢🏢WORKPLACE: 22 Noi Khu My Toan 1 Street, Tan Phong Ward, District 7, HCM City.
⏳⏳WORKING TIME: from 8 am to 5 pm (Monday to Friday) and from 8 am to 12 pm (Saturday), lunch time: 12 pm to 1 pm.

✍️✍️JD:
- Supporting sorting records, documents, update red invoices into the excel system.
- Contacting with the service company to complete the visa application, work permit, ....
- Finding quotations from suppliers, order foods, stationery, ... for the company.
- Going on a business trip to BR-VT province, supporting translation from Vietnamese into English for Korean Manager.
- Updating internal databases (for example, new employee information).
- Answering questions of staff and transfer questions to the person in charge if necessary.
- Finding data about the company and employees when requested.
- Checking supplies of the office and placing orders when needed.
- Arranging travel and accommodation issues for staff
- Other jobs required by Korean Manager.

- Graduated from college or university.
- Good Communication, Advantage for Good English.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude
- Being agile, sensitive in handling situations.
