We are currently seeking a Mandarin Speaking Administartion Officer to join our growing team and assist with communications, documentation, and administration coordination between our local and international partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to management and office staff
Assist with communication between English and Chinese - speaking partners, clients, and suppliers
Translate documents, emails, and meeting notes when required
Maintain and organize company records, invoices, and other documents
Support logistics, purchasing, and import/ export documentation
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations as needed
Assist in coordinating meetings, travel, and company events
Qualifications & Requirements
Fluency in Mandarin ( Chinese) and English- both written and spoken
Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or customer service preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
Knowledge of import/ export or logistics processes will be an advantage
