We are pleased to have successfully delivered our works for the Irrigation System Project in Gjakova for Radoniqi Company. The project included the implementation of electrification, automation, and SCADA systems to improve the operation and management of the irrigation network.
The aim of the project was to increase the irrigation area from 6,000 ha to approximately 11,000 ha, contributing to the development of agriculture in the region.
We are proud that the project was completed within the contractual timeframe, despite a very challenging schedule.
I had the privilege to serve as Project Manager for this contract, and I would like to thank all parties who made this project possible:
ElektroStublla as the main contractor, CWD Kosova, HidroIng as the supervision company, and everyone who contributed to the successful completion of this project.
As Automatics-KS, our scope of work included:
-LV engineering and implementation of LV cabinets (Main Distribution Boards – 3200A and 1600A)
-Supply, installation and commissioning of Variable Frequency Drives (315 kW and 160 kW)
-Design, supply and programming of automation systems
-Supply and programming of the SCADA system with monitoring and control from multiple locations

This project represents an important step toward modern irrigation infrastructure and digital monitoring systems.
