Rising from the ground, the ZOD Museum Complex is taking shape.

Designed by Smart Project & PLAN 2, this landmark cultural complex draws on the metaphors of war, resistance, hospitality, and the unity of family — translating Kosovo's national story into architecture.
The sweeping ETFE space structure that crowns the complex is now clearly visible on site, a geometric canopy that will shelter memory and meaning for generations to come.

We are pleased to announce that the project has received official approval from the government architect in Montenegro. This marks a key milestone in the development process and confirms the project’s alignment with regulatory, urban, and architectural standards.

Set within a coastal context, the design balances contemporary expression with site sensitivity, emphasizing proportion, materiality, and livability. With this phase completed, we are now advancing toward final design development and ex*****on.
