We measure up your existing house. I create an existing floor plan drawing.
You can then come up with your initial design of your proposed extension.
I take your ideas and draw it up in 3D so you can see what it would look like.
You have control of your design and you can go out and ask a builder for a quote

Penthouse apartment built as modules in a factory, shipped to site and installed on top of an existing building in less than two days.
Construction without disturbances.

First Penthouse had very high demands for accuracy in the design & dimensional surveys, everything had to fit perfectly when the modules landed on top of the roof.

I was responsible for the design at this stage.

I worked for this amazing UK company, 'First Penthouse' for over 10 years, it gave me the knowledge and insight in the specific design details and workflows necessary to build luxury rooftop apartments as modules in central London.
I loved the experience and I'm now looking forward at using my specific skills in Australia.

This is an example of one of my 3D Models, created in ArchiCAD.
Based on a 3d survey, point cloud.

Existing loft and mansard roof will be demolished and Proposed Penthouse apartments will be installed as modules, craned up on site.

This project is in London, UK.
BUT IM SURE THIS CAN TAKE OFF IN MELBOURNE OR SYDNEY AS WELL.

I have all the knowlege to help you with the starting up process and then running the design prosess of a potential rooftop development.
