Hi there - just a quick update to let you know that we are working hard to help all of you looking to get your vehicles holiday ready for springtime. We are dealing with high volumes of emails but currently responding to every email within 3 business days (please bear in mind we're a 2 person band - only 1 of whom is a qualified engineer able to deal with technical enquiries - and even he needs to sleep occasionally!)

Good evening folks - just a quick one to say thank you to everyone who is keeping us busy at the minute (Dee may not be so thankful as he's currently working into the early hours to keep on top of the email responses!) and to give you early notice that the VWE offices will be closed next Friday (18th) as it's my birthday and the gift I'd like most is for Dee to have a day away from the laptop to spend with me!

If you have any time sensitive matters, please get them emailed over to us as soon as possible to give Dee the best chance to deal with them before next weekend.

Hi all, following a two week holiday we are in the process of catching up on emails. Unfortunately I am typing this from a hospital bed awaiting emergency surgery after becoming ill on our journey home, so this will take longer than expected. I will be out of action and Dee is running around after me as well as trying to get through emails.
We apologise for the inconvenience - I'd certainly rather be working than dealing with this and we appreciate your understanding with this unforeseen setback.

Hi folks - Dee will be celebrating (or commiserating) his birthday this weekend and as his age will have a 0 at the end of it, I'm insisting he takes the whole weekend off! He will be back in the office on Monday, so replies may take a little longer, but rest assured they will all be dealt with as soon as possible.
