Today we celebrate 9 years in business 🥳

From small home renovations to building decks to building additions and entire homes to today, working on commercial buildings such as hotels, restaurants, schools, and more. We are proud of the team we have and the accomplishments we worked so hard for. What an adventure it’s been and we continue to evolve as time goes on. Cheers to many more years 🎊

Voluminous is proud to share that we recently completed an erosion project at YMCA Camp Lincoln in Kingston, NH. Although you may think of hospitality solutions when you think about Voluminous, but the possibilities are endless with us. When Camp Lincoln reached out regarding an erosion issue at their lakefront, we knew we could solve the problem!

We received this review from the YMCA Southern District Facilities Director:

“We truly enjoyed working with Roberto and the entire VOLUMINOUS TEAM. My organization has been extremely pleased with the experience, from our initial introduction through the successful completion of the project. We look forward to continuing our partnership and building a long, mutually beneficial relationship.”

Thank you Alejandro from Golden Enterprises for the assist and thank you Camp Lincoln for putting your trust in us!

Voluminous to the rescue!

We’ve picked up a few emergency jobs for our clients lately from late night facade cleaning to dishwasher repairs to kitchen hood repairs. It’s not always easy, but we try to keep it light.

Our goal is to keep our clients running smoothly to help them create the best experiences for their guests!

We went on a site visit in Vermont this week…what a pretty drive!

Though most of our work takes us to Boston and southern NH, we do offer facilities consulting throughout New England.

With Roberto’s background in facilities management in hotels, he can help advise on issues in safety, maintenance, and employee training in the facilities department.

This week we took a look at a deck at a property he helped open years ago. They weren’t sure how to make some repairs so we made a visit to see how we could help.

With many properties having trouble hiring, we are also working on launching quarterly maintenance teams to help with building upkeep. Who wants to know more about that?!
