When you buy a house, an unfinished basement can be easy to ignore. This basement was over 100 years old and needed to be gutted and restored. We kept the exposed framing for an updated vintage look. In order to reinvigorate the space we reframed all of the walls, added a bathroom, painted everything, including the fireplace, installed carpet, and added trim to the base and ceiling 🙌

Happy Valentines Day! ❤️ This renovation consisted of gutting and remodeling an entire wing of the house. The owners now have a spacious master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a library with built-in bookshelves, and a reading nook with a 6 ft. bay window.
