We lifted and re-laid this sandstone patio that had been down a couple of years, the slabs were not primed and were laid on a dot and dabbed bed by previous builder.

For the fencing, we removed the damaged posts and installed new posts, new concrete gravel boards and new feather edge bays.

All ready for summer 🔨 ☀️

Patio and Steps refresh 🌳 Swipe for the before!

We dug out both the steps and the patio to prep the area.

The new patio was laid with Autumn Brown Indian Sandstone with a brick on edge border, the pointing of this patio was with natural joint-it. And the brick steps were infilled with the same paving as the patio.

We dug out the bushes, as well as new footings for the retaining wall.

We built the new retaining wall with 9” hollow Concrete Blocks, this was faced with Brickwork.

The Concrete Slab was laid with reinforcing mesh for the new Summer House.

The patio was laid with Brazilian Grey Slate and finished with new turf 🌱

All ready for Spring! 🌷
