WE’RE HIRING — Equipment Operators / Crew Members (2 spots)

Taproot's growing — we've got work lined up that needs more hands, and we're looking to add two more people to the crew.

Based in Monroe, running jobs across Metro Atlanta, so you'll need your own reliable way to get to different sites. Heads up that some weekend work comes with the territory when jobs call for it.

You should be comfortable running a skid steer, excavator, or dozer, show up on time without being chased down, and be fine getting out of the machine to help with whatever else needs doing on site.

Pay's based on experience, and the work's steady.

There’s a lot more to site prep than just pushing dirt around.

This week our team was working on a large commercial site that’s being prepared for several upcoming projects.

That meant making sure the site was graded to the right elevations, working through drainage/stormwater infrastructure, and stabilizing the soil with seed and straw to help prevent erosion.

Before concrete, buildings, parking lots, utilities, landscaping, etc. can happen, the site has to be properly prepped.

It’s easy to look at a site like this and just see a lot of dirt moving around but this stage is what sets up everything that comes next.
