MARS 0.5 MINI – TAKE CONTROL OF SAMPLE ROASTING FROM FARM TO WORKSHOP

Sample roasting directly at the farm, organizing outdoor workshops, or conducting a raw coffee assessment trip — you are no longer limited by a fixed roasting room.

With a capacity of 500gr/batch, the MARS 0.5 MINI is designed as a mobile sample roasting station: compact for transportation, flexible for setup, while still providing all the essential controls required for a complete roasting batch.

The machine is equipped with a lithium battery, providing approximately 3–4 hours of operation per charge. The heat source can be powered by either a mini gas cylinder or a standard large gas cylinder, allowing users to set up and operate a roasting station at farms, workshops, and locations without a fixed electricity or gas supply.

Despite its compact size, the MARS 0.5 MINI is equipped with all the essential functions for precise control throughout the roasting process:
- Adjustable drum speed and airflow
- Continuous monitoring of bean temperature throughout the roasting batch
- Direct observation and inspection of the coffee sample
- Artisan software connectivity for roasting profile monitoring and recording
- Bean discharge and cooling directly on site
Ideal for:

What goes into making a coffee roaster?

Recently, Mars Roasters had the absolute pleasure of welcoming a group of students from Huong Nghiep A Au for an exclusive factory tour!

This wasn't just a basic walkthrough. The students got a real, behind-the-scenes look at how an industrial roasting system is built from scratch and saw firsthand how modern technology is reshaping the coffee industry.

From precision machining and assembly to advanced control integration and final testing, every single step shows the serious engineering and craftsmanship we pour into our machines.

During the tour, the group also got an inside look at Mars V5, our smart control platform.
