This archway kebab machine needed some serious love, plumbers block replaced for the turnstile, new burners all round, gas valves serviced and replacment thermocouples.

I can confirm, chicken is back on the menu.

Haven’t posted in a while, but here is one of the services carried out last week on an archway chargrill. Fully stripped down, vacuumed out, burners serviced, injectors cleaned, new thermocouples and replacment flame failures, burner pressures checked and tightness tested. Site were impressed with the results.
