This recent high build project wasn’t just about putting down a floor, it was about precisely engineering an environment that enhances operational safety and long-term performance from day one.

Using Jofa resin systems, this facility was transformed with materials manufactured to rigorous quality standards and designed to perform under constant operational pressure. The result is a surface that delivers consistent reliability in demanding environments.

The contrast between the green walkways and the yellow safety lines is a deliberate, safety led design choice, made to increase visibility and clearly separate pedestrian traffic from heavy machinery.

This recent kitchen project showcases the versatility of our JofaFlow Metallic Design system, delivering a surface that balances luxury aesthetics with everyday functionality. Designed for high performance residential environments, the system offers excellent UV resistance and light reflectivity crucial in a space benefiting from abundant natural light.

The system included our DPM-230 Moisture Tolerant Epoxy Primer, EB-321 Epoxy Base Coat, and T-1000 Epoxy Decorative Design Coat, finished with a Poly-Eco Waterbourne Polyurethane Matt Top Coat to provide excellent UV stability, durability, and long term colour. This installation was carried out by , an experienced applicator with over 10 years’ expertise in specialist resin finishes, ensuring the system performs exactly as intended.

The carefully selected metallic pigment was allowed to gently swirl, creating a soft, pearlescent flow without overpowering the darker joinery. Applied at a 2.5 mm build-up to achieve this depth and visual movement, This provides superior hygiene and chemical resistance compared to traditional tiling, making it ideally suited to a modern kitchen environment.

Look at the incredible detail in this recent resin flooring project. We love seeing how technical skill and creative vision come together.

The team at Redesign used their ten years of experience to bring this swirling design to life.

Every floor we help create is a unique piece of functional art. We supplied a range of Jofa Resins products to ensure a flawless finish. This included our DPM-230 Moisture Tolerant Epoxy Primer and EB-321 Epoxy Base Coat. We also provided the T-1000 Epoxy Decorative Design Coat and Poly-Eco Waterborne Polyurethane Matt Top Coat.

The process requires careful surface preparation and constant monitoring of environmental conditions. Our tested formulas allow for a controlled flow of colour while maintaining maximum durability. This results in a seamless surface that is beautiful and easy to maintain.
