📦 From outdated industrial unit to modern self-storage facility.

At Pacy & Wheatley Interiors, we've recently completed the transformation of an industrial unit in Coventry into a brand-new self-storage facility, delivering the project in just 6 weeks.

Before the fit-out could begin, extensive repair works were required to bring the building up to standard. Once completed, our team delivered a full fit-out including new internal and external doors, lighting installations, suspended ceilings, staircases, decoration and the installation of a range of storage units.

Acting as Principal Contractor, we managed the project from start to finish, ensuring everything was delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.

The result? A fully operational self-storage facility that's now open to the public, completed with zero accidents on site. 👏

🏥 What makes a successful healthcare fit-out?

It's about creating environments that work seamlessly for patients, clinicians and support teams, while delivering projects on time and within budget.

At Pacy & Wheatley Interiors, we've delivered specialist healthcare projects across the UK, including the successful completion of a new Newmedica Eye Health Clinic in Worcester.

Starting with a complete strip out, our team transformed the space with new partitions, specialist operating theatres, consultation rooms, modern M&E systems, flooring, decoration and FF&E. To improve accessibility across the two-storey facility, we also installed a new lift to support the movement of patients, staff and equipment.

The result? A modern healthcare facility handed over on time, on budget and ready to provide vital NHS-funded ophthalmology services from day one. 👏

🎉 A Decade of Dedication 🎉

This week, we are delighted to celebrate an incredible milestone for Charlotte Wheatley, who marks 10 years with the Pacy & Wheatley Group.

Charlotte joined the business in 2016 as an Apprentice Administrator and, through hard work, dedication, and a commitment to personal development, progressed into the role of Quantity Surveyor before becoming our Commercial Manager.

Her journey is a fantastic example of the opportunities available within the business and the value of investing in people. Charlotte has played an important role in the continued success of the Group, and we are incredibly grateful for her contributions over the last decade.

🏫 Another education project successfully completed.

At Pacy & Wheatley Interiors, we’ve recently completed the full strip out and refurbishment of the former Royal Mail offices in Doncaster, transforming the building into a new specialist support school for Key Schools.

The works completed were extensive and included M&E installations, specialist joinery, new flooring and full internal decoration, all delivered within a demanding 15-week programme.

Projects like this require careful coordination, strong planning and a real focus on quality. Thanks to the hard work of Duncan Henderson and the site team, the refurbishment was delivered on budget, to a high standard and with zero accidents on site. 👏

This marks the second successful project completed for Key Schools, with more planned for the future.

A brilliant afternoon spent at the Eco Power Stadium competing in the Doncaster Corporate Cup, hosted by Doncaster Chamber

There was a fantastic turnout, some strong competition, and after a tough start, Team P&W made a few tactical changes and managed to secure a couple of well earned wins along the way.

A close fought final group game unfortunately meant we narrowly missed out on a place in the semi finals, but a great showing from the team in our first tournament.

A huge well done to everyone involved and thank you to Doncaster Chamber for organising another excellent event.

Now the countdown begins for next year… 12 months to train and prepare for the Corporate Cup 2027! 👏

💪 Pacy & Wheatley Group Take on Tough Mudder – In Memory of Katie 💙

On 25th July 2026, members of the Pacy & Wheatley Group team will be taking on the Tough Mudder challenge in memory of our friend and colleague Katie.

We are incredibly proud to share that, thanks to the generosity and support of so many people, we have now raised £764.00 for St John’s Hospice, a charity that provided amazing care and support to Katie and her family during such a difficult time.

Our goal is to reach £1,000, and every donation, no matter the size, will help us get there while supporting the incredible work carried out by St John’s Hospice every single day.

This challenge is about teamwork, remembrance, and giving back in Katie’s honour. Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared the page, and supported the team so far, it truly means the world. 💙

🚁 Delivering critical healthcare infrastructure takes precision, planning and teamwork.

At Pacy & Wheatley Interiors, we’re proud to have completed the Helicopter Pad installation project at Sheffield Children’s Hospital.

This flagship project included the interior fit-out works for the access and egress routes from the helipad into the hospital, helping to ensure smooth and efficient patient transfers. Alongside this, our team completed the mechanical and electrical installations required to support the new facility.

Our construction team also delivered a complex steel frame and cladded structure housing two new lifts, a plant room and new fire escape stairs leading into the main building.

Completed in June 2024 and delivered in line with programme, this project is a fantastic example of what can be achieved through hard work, coordination and dedication from everyone involved. 👏

For the new Aldi store in Whitehaven, it meant delivering a high-quality finish, staying professional under pressure and keeping the project moving right up to practical completion.
