Last week, we completed asbestos removal, demolition and grubbing out of the foundations to a Nissan hut that was located close to 3/4 of a mile from the main road! Literally in the middle of the beautiful Cornish country side.

Our client was very happy and impressed on our mobilisation, prep work clearing an access road of over growth leading to the site. Along with the final look of the site when we completed!

A massive thanks to Alan and Ross from South West Hire and Sales ,Eagle Plant and Sarah from NICK FERRIS SKIP HIRE LIMITED Samantha Ferris
Who all helped the planning of getting the machinery and skips to the site.

Another amazing job carried out by the Kovia Contracting team! We like to set the standard of how a boiler room should be rectified if the client chooses not to quill the paint off the walls back to clean brickwork. We scrape the walls and ceiling back to as far as reasonably practicable, have it confirmed by a visual inspection by a UKAS accredited analytical company. Then encapsulate the walls and ceiling two coats of ET150, and fill any holes in the brick work with a suitable sealant. Paint the floor in 2 coats of floor paint, on this occasion the client choose grey. Then complete the 4-Stage clearance and hand back over to the client for them to reoccupy. Not forgetting to provide them with guidance on how to manage the area. Again great team work all round from start to finish!
