We're seeking someone who understands the ins and outs of Outside Plant (OSP) telecommunications construction and can help keep our projects organized, documented, and moving forward.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, review, and manage construction closeout packages

Coordinate project invoicing, billing documentation, and tracking

Maintain accurate project records and construction documentation

Work closely with Construction Managers, field crews, and accounting teams

Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines

Support day-to-day administrative and operational needs of OSP construction projects

📍 Port St. Lucie, Florida

Valhalla Industries is looking for an experienced OSP Construction Inspector to support our growing fiber construction operations in the Port St. Lucie market.

We’re looking for someone who knows the work—not someone who simply checks boxes.

This is a field-focused role responsible for providing daily oversight of fiber construction and ensuring work meets project specifications, customer expectations, permitting requirements, and our standards for safety and quality.

What you’ll be doing:
🔹 Inspecting underground fiber construction, HDD, excavation, conduit, and structure placement
🔹 Verifying construction against approved prints, permits, and specifications
🔹 Monitoring workmanship and construction practices
🔹 Verifying bore paths, depths, potholing, and utility exposure requirements
🔹 Documenting daily production, field conditions, and QA/QC deficiencies
🔹 Monitoring restoration and ensuring deficiencies are corrected
🔹 Maintaining accurate photos and field documentation
🔹 Escalating safety, quality, design, and constructability concerns
🔹 Working closely with Project Management and field leadership

The Inland Northwest, especially the Spokane area, has always been more than just a place to us. It's home.
