Millennium’s initial plan is to provide stand alone and thru coiled tubing frac stimulation services in the Bakken and Spearfish plays, with its master service center located in Estevan, Saskatchewan. The Bakken and Spearfish are two of the high growth plays in the Williston Basin. Millennium management has significant experience and relationships in this region; this coupled with the opening of a local base and employing a highly localized work force will make Millennium the company of choice to provide safe, high quality pressure pumping and coiled tubing services. Millennium is also focused on the oil and liquids rich areas of the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin and Williston basin South of the border for future growth.
