Imperial Hobby Productions Imperial Hobby Productions is a manufacturer and supplier of hobby and model products for the model railroad and scale ship modeling hobby markets.

Imperial Hobby Productions was founded in 1993 to serve the needs of the niche model ship market. We began producing a small range of 1:700 scale resin ship model kits and parts that year and added model railroad products beginning in 1995. Our product range has grown since then and so has our global audience. IHP's products are known for their attention to detail, high level of production quality

and range of subject matter. Some items in our range were the first of their kind. IHP is currently shifting to mass production using plastic and diecast injection molding for our future products. We will continue to produce high-quality kits for the 1/700 warship modeler and HO scale model trains for the commuter and passenger modeler. We will focus on producing subjects not likely to made by any other mass-market manufacturer or brand.
