Actuators
Pneumatic actuators, often referred to as pneumatic cylinders or pneumatic drives, are the products used to provide motion and force to industrial automation applications. IMI Norgren offers one of the industry’s most comprehensive ranges of both single acting cylinders and double acting cylinders and their corresponding accessories.
Our linear actuator products range from compact cylinders to heavy duty cylinders, from rodless cylinders to roundline cylinders, from the energy saving IVAC to our corrosion resistant stainless steel actuators. These products are fully supported with our vast range of accessories including reed switches, solid state switches, and one the largest range of industrial actuator mountings in the industry.
Air Preparation
Correct air preparation is essential for optimum performance of your compressed air system. At IMI Norgren we have a great reputation in the FRL arena, where our ranges have been at the forefront of industry for many years.

Fittings
Fittings and tubing are absolutely essential to any pneumatic system, since nothing will operate without them. Our ranges include push-In, push on and compression fittings. We also offer those accessory products which can be easily forgotten but are vital to successful operation including - ball valves, blow guns, quick release couplings and exhaust silencers.
Pressure Switches
Pressure switches can be used to automatically monitor pressure levels in a pneumatic system, or be used for more complex monitoring functions in air, water, hydraulic or any neutral fluid applications.
IMI Norgren and IMI Herion have a huge range of pressure switches from our simple, strong mechanical switches - our 18D is one of the most recognisable switches of its type in the industry - to our 33D offering off-line programming, digital or analogue outputs and pressure windows are only some of its great features.
Vacuum
Vacuum is used in Industrial Automation applications, especially handling & packaging and manufacturing. Vacuum allows varied size and shaped objects to be picked up or held without any damage or bruising to the component. Our range includes single stage and multi stage vacuum pumps, flat and bellows cups and supporting vacuum accessories.
Valves
In industrial automation, valves can be as simple or complex as required. We have one of the worlds largest ranges of valves ranging from those used in everyday applications to a version with an MTBF value of over 800 years.
