This project aimed to achieve appropriate reverberation levels for the operation of the call center.
The contracted services were:
◾Reverberation measurements
◾Definition of the required acoustic criteria
◾3D noise simulation
◾Presentation of treatment options, defining the appropriate coverage areas
◾Preparation of a supporting/justification report
◾Post-treatment measurements
◾Inspections during the installation of the treatment
