A stunning architecturally designed addition to a beautiful home. Featuring beautiful Meranti plywood internal linings with copper negative detailing, exposed blockwork, cedar cladding, and rich Rimu flooring, this project showcases a blend of natural materials and craftsmanship that will stand the test of time.

🏗️ Our scrim has finally gone up on our Parnell project, and we have to say it's looking pretty good!

This project involves the full replacement of all joinery throughout an apartment complex, along with a significant amount of flashing and waterproofing detail to ensure a quality, long-lasting finish.

It's a large and complex job, but the team is doing a fantastic job and keeping the project moving forward. Great to see all the hard work starting to come together.

No job is too big or too small for the team at Level Above Construction. Whether it's a large-scale commercial project, renovation, recladding work, or residential upgrade, we're committed to delivering quality workmanship every time.
If you're planning a construction or renovation project and would like to discuss how we can help, get in touch today.

*Good attitude and solid work ethic

About the role: We’re based on the North Shore, with current projects in Parnell, Remuera, and Torbay—so variety in your work locations is a given.

Our project in the beautiful Waiake, East Coast Bays is coming along nicely.

GIB is now complete and we’ve moved into the plastering stages. Tile underfloor heating and screed are all finished, and now it’s time for the tiles to start going down, get some finishing lines in place, and some paint on the walls.

It’s always great seeing a project come together, and we’re looking forward to handing this one back over to our clients upon completion.

If you’re thinking about renovating your home, get in touch with the team at Level Above Construction Ltd. We specialise in renovations, bathrooms, decks, and a wide range of residential building projects, with full project management from start to finish.
