Innovative heating solutions that bring safe, sustainable warmth to all.

What a week at AidEx Geneva.

It was a real pleasure to meet so many people working to get warmth, shelter and essential supplies to those who need them most. From NGOs and procurement teams to energy specialists and fellow innovators, every conversation left us with new ideas and new connections.

We’re genuinely excited about the opportunities that will come from this week, and we look forward to following up with everyone we met.

This is an unprecedented and challenging time for the humanitarian sector. Despite that, the positivity, generosity and kindness we encountered stood out. It’s a reminder of why this work matters, and how much more we can achieve together.

At Mat Zero, we believe warmth is a human right, not a luxury. Thank you to everyone who took the time to connect with us. Let’s keep the conversation going.

Brilliant day last week at Ideas Fest, where I was proud to represent Mat Zero as a finalist in the UK StartUp Awards 2026!

No trophy for us this time, but a fantastic day surrounded by founders, new ideas and great conversations in a setting that definitely does things a little differently.

Thank you to the StartUp Awards and Ideas Fest for bringing together such an inspiring community. I came away with some great new connections and plenty of energy!
