Job Advertisement: Security Personnel Recruitment for New Site Establishment
We are seeking highly motivated and PSIRA-registered security professionals to join our team for a new site establishment. If you have the necessary qualifications, experience, and dedication to security excellence, we invite you to apply for the following positions:
Available Positions:
1. Control Room Operators
2. Access Control Security Officers
3. Reaction Officers
4. Site Security Managers
5. Security Shift Supervisors
Minimum Requirements (All Positions):
• Valid PSIRA Registration Certificate (Grade C, B, or A depending on the role)
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Clear criminal record
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Physically fit and mentally alert
Specific Requirements:
1. Control Room Operators:
• PSIRA Grade C or higher
• CCTV monitoring experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of control room protocols and incident management
2. Access Control Security Officers:
• PSIRA Grade C
• Experience in access control systems
• Strong observational skills
• Professional customer service demeanor
3. Reaction Officers:
• PSIRA Grade B or C
• Valid driver’s license (Code 08/EB) and firearm competency certificate
• Experience in rapid response or tactical units preferred
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively under pressure
4. Site Security Managers:
• PSIRA Grade A
• Minimum of 3–5 years of managerial experience in security operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Incident investigation and report-writing proficiency
• Risk assessment and operational planning expertise
5. Security Shift Supervisors:
• PSIRA Grade B
• Supervisory experience in the security industry
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Driver’s license (for Reaction Officers)
• Firearm competency certificate (if applicable)
