We’re Hiring: Procurement and Inventory Administrator

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement and Inventory Administrator to manage our purchasing and materials control function within the RhoTech Group, who manufacture and install HDPE Piping Systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and maintaining stock levels to support project timelines and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source, negotiate, and purchase cost-efficient and high quality
materials, fittings, and equipment required for piping and
construction projects.
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery
of quality materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, stock levels,
and variance reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors,
and operations teams to forecast material needs.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures,
cost control, and budget requirements.
• Oversee goods receiving, stock counts, and inventory
reconciliations.
• Oversee and supervise employees and all activities of the
purchasing department and stores.
• Identify and implement process improvements for
supply chain efficiency.
Requirements:
• Proven experience (3+ years) in Procurement and Inventory
management, preferably in the construction, piping,
or engineering sectors.
• Strong knowledge of materials used in piping and mechanical
works.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and supplier
management skills.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Qualification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field
would be advantageous.
