Dippies Roof Coatings DRC offers a variety of roof coating products that are applied to existing roof substrate material. There are many advantages to using Liquid Rubber products

Unlike traditionally used paint, which can crack as a result of normal movement, roof coatings are flexible over a range of conditions. They can compensate for the stresses caused by temperature, settling of the foundation, the weight of snow and ice, and seasonal expansion and contraction. The coatings can be applied in single or multiple layers, depending on the desired performance and service factors.

Prep work entile removing of old membranes and fix walls were necessary. Replace screws were neccasary.
Roof sealed of with membrane sealer and wash roof clean before spraying.
Re-rubberise roof with dark grey.
Before and after photo's of a Corrugated roof done.

Sanding roof of.
Replaced old screws were necessary with new ones.
Paint roof with metal treatment.
Prepping joints with membrane.
Lastly but least sprayed roof with a Charcoal colour liquid rubber rubberise.

Rotten rafters removed and replaced with treated timber where needed, damp seal done, removed and replaced old screws.
Sealed roof with a rubberized Burgundy color.
