A connected global 🌍 mining network is not only necessary for the development of critical operations it also drives scale and innovation. More sites, more lessons across a divers set of logistical and regional obstacles. That is how we learn.

It takes more than a village 🏘️ to develop top mining operations.

At A.I. LAMB we are partnering with some of the best and brighest including our South African based client MechProTech (Pty) Ltd.

MechProTech (or MPT for short) is pushing the boundaries of mineral processing equipment and supporting solutions. Innovating across both equipment and how it is delivered. What is required of MPT in South Africa looks different in Canada and Australia. The MPT team is finding ways to deliver quality outcomes regardless of region or conditions.

This 1.5 x 2.4 m girth gear-driven mill was commissioned in 2018, delivering 7 t/h with 60 kW installed power on a modular frame.

Electra Mining Africa is underway at and MechProTech (Pty) Ltd are here for the week.

We are looking forward to engaging with operators, contractors, consultants and business owners from the industry far and wide.

The team can be found at stand K04 (Hall 5) and are ready to talk all things modular plants, comminution, classification, hydro-metallurgy and materials handling. Or the projects we have delivered across Africa and what we learned doing them - which is usually the more interesting conversation.

MechProTech is looking forward to a big few days in Perth, connecting with the mining industry and continuing to build relationships as we expand our presence in Australia.

Another mill on the move for installation. Pre-tested. Five days on the road. Now installed on site.

One of MechProTech’s latest completed mills making its way from our facility to site.

The GDM3065 Titan left our workshop ready to work. Part of building modular: what we prove on the factory floor is what arrives on site, with less civil's required and less time spent installing.

Gear driven, 2 x 450kW motors for 900kW of processing power, grate discharge or overflow to suit the circuit.

Destination: Pilgrim's Rest, Mpumalanga. The settler town that helped start the South African gold rush. Five days of mountain passes and narrow bends, to now on site, already installed.

This particular mill will be grinding gold ore ahead of CIL.

Same ground the first prospectors worked, handled rather differently now.

A closer look at MechProTech's GDM3065 Titan Mill.

This recently completed GDM3065 Titan Mill is part of MechProTech’s Titan Range, designed for real mineral processing environments where performance, reliability, and practical maintenance matter.

The GDM3065 is a 3m wide x 6.5m long gear driven Mill with 900kW installed power, Engineered to support demanding Comminution applications.
