I have been going through alot of CVs that you guys have recently sent to me applying for the positions that we recently advertised. Yey niyayibhala into guys, ubuxoki/amanga kumaCV enu buyethusa. Some of you on thier Employment history they mentioned the companies that are owned by my friends or people that I'm very close with and we are contacting each other timeously. To make this short and simple. Guys when you are applying just be honest. I know you have potential and I know most of the posts need experience but try your luck and be honest, God will work on your favor. Let me tell you or make an example ,if you have written that you were working for Group 5 construction, I do call Group 5 construction as u wrote in your CV. But I don't call your friend that you put his/her number coz I know he/she will cover for you but I call company bosses and definitely if u were doing good they will tell me. Nami I don't want hire a failure as well. So me and my team have been shortlisting and doing reference checking and some other people they are unknown to some companies they have listed as thier previous employers. Ok Thee Mastermind and OHS is hiring and and we will advertise the posts very soon. We have two new sites in in KZN in Zululand. One in Eastern Cape- Idutywa and one very big project in East London.
