One Brick Construction and Meriduim Construction - Renovation Project Completed in Greenside, Johannesburg
One Brick Construction successfully completed a full renovation project in Greenside, Johannesburg, upgrading the property to create a more functional and modern workspace.
The renovation involved creating a new door opening while closing the existing one to improve the layout and accessibility of the building. A new drywall partition wall was installed to create an additional office space.
An existing wall was removed to enlarge the boardroom area, with a structural steel beam installed to safely support the roof load and maintain the integrity of the building.
The existing wooden flooring was removed, and the floor voids were filled before a new concrete surface bed was cast. New floor tiles were then installed, providing a durable and attractive finish.
The walls were plastered and finished with Rhinolite to achieve a smooth, high-quality surface ready for painting. The project was completed with professional interior painting and the installation of external paving, adding the final finishing touches to the renovation.
