About 5 people are no longer with us that researched this technology. These chaps got close to the original design of Steve Meyers, that was allegedly poisoned. It is possible to reduce petrol fuel economy between 15% and 40%, some cases more. Diesel economy decrease between 15% and 50%. It is possible to increase the life of an engine/turbo, by reducing the combustion temperature with up to 110 Deg Celsius. Vital for diesel machines. Diesel exhaust gas temps should be a maximum of 650 degrees Celsius. Destruction take place at 700 to 750 degrees for diesels. The OEM do not show this key parameter as a practise on their instrumentation. Water is a by-product of this system and it flushes the catalytic converter all the time, increasing the efficiency of the combustion process.

The combustion process of the most efficient and carefully tuned vehicles, are only at maximum of 50% efficient. The average road car have a combustion efficiency of 20% to 30%, with an average loss of fuel vapours at 30%.

The design challenge is to make it complex internally, but easy interface with the user, without the need for a degree in engineering. Hydrogen is highly explosive and the design had to cater for maximum safety principles. Oxygen is an accelerator and is also dangerous with this technology. With the help of a processor and C++ programming the complexity of the control system was simplified.

We thus designed two separate control loops. An adjustable constant current control with an adjustable constant offset on the oxygen sensor is one loop, this control is in use by about 80% of all applications. The second loop is the demand driven loop which will decrease power input with maximum hydrogen gas benefit and least temperature on HHO generator. An oxygen sensor off-set is build into the system to compensate for the installation of the HHO generator. On petrol machines the position of the butterfly valve will determine gas output. On diesel machines the accelerator position will determine gas output. Diesel is easier to interface than petrol. The control system caters for sub zero conditions, hot temperatures, HHO generator current run away, electronic current protection, many other features. It is a fit and forget system, but it also allows the user to ti**le with the control in a safe way. For the purist they can operate on the constant current loop for the best fuel economy/settings and then switch over to the demand control system.

We are in the testing phase and it is going great. This is now version 4.1. Installation will occur in the next 2 weeks and will be fitted to a petrol Nissan 2.5 xtrail. This vehicle only have 1 oxygen sensor downstream. Results will be tested and published at a later stage. Most people are brain washed, followers and not leaders, and it they read about any device that can save fuel, then they resist with no reason or fact. The negative comments of uninformed people that in most cases never operated such a unit, is not helping.

This technology is suppressed at all cost. The reduction of combustion temperature, causing longer turbo and engine life. and the low cost factor of this technology is not beneficial to most money driven people. Sometimes the world turns around on the money axis, not on mankind benefits. Most people want to sell more fuel, build electrical cars with a limited life span on electrical batteries, which forces the user to buy another one, they want to sell engines and components. No one want to see a reduction in profit of more than 30%, when less fuel is used.

Highly explosive gas is generated on demand, it is safer than a hydrogen fueled car with a pressure vessel. This technology was researched by many varsities and professors and the laboratory results are promising and proofs that it is working. This is the full practical application of the technology. A lot of bells and whistles went into the design.
