This desktop SEM stands out with its field emission source, ensuring high brightness, crisp imaging and stable beam current.
The Phenom Pharos G2 also expands its acceleration voltage range from 1 kV, ideal for insulating and beam-sensitive samples, up to 20 kV, delivering an exceptional resolution of 2.0 nm to reveal the finest details.
