Exploring the Future of Rail Innovation
Atlas Copco Industrial Technique South Africa was proud to be part of the Gibela Research Chair Roadshow, hosted by the TUT: Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment on 29 July in Dunnottar, Nigel, and 30 July in Midrand.
The roadshow brought together researchers, engineers and industry professionals to explore technologies shaping the future of South Africa's rail sector.
Visitors to our stand experienced the MTR Wrench,SRB-HA and ST Bench Joint Simulation Bench in action, alongside our digital software, Avantguard and ToolsNet 8, which enhance quality, traceability and production performance.
A highlight of the event was the strong interest in our ST Bench Joint Simulation Bench, demonstrating how tools can be tested, verified and calibrated under realistic conditions before deployment.
Thank you to TUT: Faculty of Engineering and the Built Environment, Gibela and everyone who connected with our team. Events like these showcase the power of collaboration in driving innovation and engineering excellence across the rail industry.
