Bridging Engineering Excellence Across Continents: From South Africa to Malaysia
We are incredibly proud to announce that our Chief Executive Officer, Ntozelizwe Benjamin Mqenebe (Pr. Eng, PE 20120148), is heading to Selangor, Malaysia, to lead the highly anticipated Certified Pump Practitioner Course (Operation, Maintenance & Troubleshooting).

As part of his annual international technical programme, this deployment reinforces our commitment to advancing reliability engineering and asset management standards on a global scale.

A Legacy of Strategic Partnership
This year marks a significant milestone in our journey. Our strategic partnership with IDC Training House Sdn Bhd and Lizwe Engineers Technical Training has now spanned 12 years. What began over a decade ago has evolved into a powerhouse of knowledge exchange, bridging South African engineering expertise with the rapid industrial demands of the Asian and Middle Eastern markets.

Why This Course Sets the Benchmark
The Certified Pump Practitioner course is more than just a training session; it is a critical platform for technical empowerment. Accredited by TUV and HRDCorp-claimable, the curriculum provides delegates with the actionable insights required to optimize high-value industrial equipment.

We are honored to host industry professionals from:

🇲🇾 Malaysia & 🇧🇳 Brunei

🇸🇬 Singapore

🇦🇪 Abu Dhabi & 🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia

🇾🇪 Yemen

🇻🇳 Vietnam
..and beyond.

Engineering as a Global Language
At Lizwe Engineers, we believe that reliability is a universal language. Whether it is stabilizing municipal infrastructure in the Free State or optimizing complex industrial pumping systems in Southeast Asia, our mission remains the same: to apply the principles of a Professional Engineer of Thought to solve the world's most pressing technical challenges.

We are deeply grateful for our CEO’s vision, his dedication to international knowledge transfer, and the enduring relationships he has cultivated across borders. It is through these connections that we continue to expand the global reach of our training and elevate the standards of our profession.

Stay tuned for updates from Selangor as we continue to push the boundaries of engineering excellence.

Being an engineer in a municipal environment isn’t for the faint‑hearted—especially when you’re a professional of integrity like our CEO, Engineer Ntozelizwe Benjamin Mqenebe. Bureaucracy and red tape can derail careers or freeze the growth needed to expand into new ventures; for example, procurement delays and complex approval chains often postpone infrastructure projects for months, increase costs, and slow service delivery to communities. By prioritizing transparency, accountability and ethical decision‑making, leaders like him create practical solutions—clear tender processes, open reporting, and strict conflict‑of‑interest policies—that open doors, build public trust, and make funding easier to secure from investors and grant-makers. That culture reduces risk, speeds project delivery and lays the foundation for sustainable, long‑term business success while improving outcomes for residents.

factor will be political overeach. With our CEO who deals with SADC, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe processes and projects this can derail other issues

In South Africa, another key risk is political overreach. With our CEO managing processes and projects across SADC, Africa, Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, political interference could derail other priorities. We need stronger governance and proactive stakeholder engagement to keep global work on track.

In South Africa, political overreach is a growing risk. Our CEO oversees SADC, Africa, Asia, Australia, NZ and Europe—political interference could derail critical projects. Strong governance and stakeholder engagement are essential.

ECSA is strict — let’s make sure you meet the Professional Registration Requirements and Guidelines.

At Lizwe Engineers we can recover years’ worth of CPD points so you reach the necessary threshold. Many practising engineers only discover — often when applying for tenders or jobs — that their registration lapsed because CPD records were incomplete, lost during career breaks, or never logged. That can cost contracts, credibility and income, but it doesn’t have to.

We audit your CPD history, recover missing points where possible, compile the required evidence and submissions, and manage the re‑registration process with ECSA on your behalf. Message us to get started and protect your professional standing.

We faced a challenging period when our Professional Registration was cancelled by the Engineering Council of South Africa on 12th November. Thankfully, we were able to resolve the issue and were reinstated by 25th November 2025. We are now reaching out for your support and assistance.

Ntozelizwe Benjamin Mqenebe Inspires Future Engineers at Botswana's Sowa Salt Production Facility! 🇧🇼

Our team at Lizwe Engineers, led by Ntozelizwe Benjamin Mqenebe, had the privilege of engaging with a group of promising students at a salt production facility in Botswana's Sowa Region. As part of our commitment to support the maintenance and design processes of industrial facilities, we hosted a hands-on training session. This session delved into the plant's operational details, highlighting the essential functions of various pump types and the complexities involved in their maintenance and design. The students' eagerness to understand the practical applications of engineering was truly inspiring.

At Lizwe Engineers, we are committed to nurturing the next wave of engineers in Botswana and beyond. We believe that equipping young minds with practical skills is vital for the future of our industries. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the facility management for this remarkable opportunity!
