Twelve On V, Luxury Apartments in Seapoint shows off beautiful cascading cladding flowing over the top and onto the face of the building. These screens are aesthetical and practical combining interesting design elements and use of perforation to serve as privacy screens, sunscreens and pergolas. The CNC cut ACM panels are rolled and fixed onto aluminium substructure that is in turn fixed to the steel contractor's structural steel frames.

Product Feature: Filigree Lattice Screens. Filigree lattice screens are made from thin modular aluminium veins fixed into frames and are great for sun-control without impairing visibility. Options are available for filigree modules and outer frames can be custom made to any design requirements.

Adding to the feature details are slatted box sections screens with perforated ceilings and 84C slatted AC screens on the roof to hide the HVAC systems.

Tygerberg Auditorium, an award winning building from MLB Architects that we are proud to be associated with. Here we manufactured and installed the perforated aluminium cladding. Beautifully CNC cut ACM panels fixed onto one-off custom made aluminium frames form the fins on the front elevation, while the wall cladding had to be expertly finished as its visible from both outside and inside the building.
