Join the Lucor Construction Team

Lucor Construction is looking for an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our workshop operations and ensure our fleet remains in peak operating condition.

📅 Closing Date: 28 August 2026

Minimum Requirements

✔ Qualified Diesel Mechanic
✔ Minimum 5 years' experience
✔ Proven workshop management experience
✔ Experience working with excavators, trucks, diggers, and plant hire equipment
✔ Valid EC Driver's Licence

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the workshop team
Plan and schedule vehicle and equipment service intervals
Manage workshop stock and inventory
Order parts and maintain supplier relationships
Maintain and repair tip trucks and plant equipment
Experience in line boring and line welding will be advantageous
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:

✔ Self-motivated
✔ Detail-orientated
✔ Friendly and approachable
✔ Honest, hardworking, and humble
