Our company has grown from a supplier of domestic air conditioning into a leading “one stop” solution provider of design, supply, installation, and maintenance services. At Extra Air we view Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) management as the defining measure that sets the professional contractor apart, which is why emphasis is placed on these aspects which are integral to our company and project management. Service and Maintenance:
In keeping with our partnering approach, we offer backup service and maintenance programs that let our customers count on Extra Air long after the initial installation is complete. Service and maintenance arrangements are tailored to suit our customer’s specific needs and we also offer a 24/7 call out response by certified technicians. Most of our projects include maintenance for 12 months from date of commissioning. All maintenance is carried out by our in-house maintenance teams run and managed by a full time Service Manager. Ongoing service contracts are negotiated with our customers after the handover at the end of the installation guarantee period. OUR VISION:
