From fasting… to spinning… to finally eating. 😄

Yesterday I started a 36-hour fast, and this morning I decided to do a 45-minute spin class while still fasting — clearly, my discipline was feeling ambitious. 🚴‍♂️

I ended up completing 40 hours before breaking my fast with this well-deserved protein breakfast.

Let’s just say… that first meal tasted like a standing ovation. 😂

Feeling good, focused, and grateful for the small wins.

16 hours into a 36-hour fast… and breakfast is served:

☕ Black coffee
💧 A serious-looking jug of water
😄 And a whole lot of self-control pretending to be confidence.

Started my fast last night at 7pm, and so far, I’m feeling surprisingly good, focused, and disciplined.

It’s amazing how something as simple as water and black coffee can make you feel like you’re running a high-performance wellness retreat… even if your stomach is quietly negotiating in the background.

Here’s to discipline, clarity, and reminding myself that hunger is not an emergency — it’s just my body asking, “Are we really doing this today?” 😅

The entry-level bot is a great starting point. Low risk, real returns, real position in the system. Think of it like buying one unit in an apartment block. You're in. You're earning.

The higher-tier bots generate significantly higher absolute returns and earn the highest direct commissions for those who refer them. That's owning the whole floor.

Most people start in the middle, $2,000 to $6,000, where the compounding starts to feel meaningful.

That discipline, showing up when it's boring, when it's quiet, when you're not sure it's working, is exactly what signals to your audience that you're the real thing.

Not influencer energy. Business builder energy.

5 habits that built my brand in 90 days:

1. Posted 5 days a week. No exceptions, no holidays.

2. Answered every comment and every DM within 24 hours.

3. Watched one Hidden Secrets of Money episode per week and shared what I learned.

4. Had at least one real financial conversation per week. Not a pitch. A conversation.

5. Reported to my mentor every single Sunday.

These are not complicated habits. But they compound.

Think of it like going to the gym. Week 1 you see nothing. Month 3, you can't imagine not going.

At Week 1, none of these feel like they're working. At Week 12, you can't imagine not having done them.

I don't feel like the same person who posted Week 1. Not because I'm richer (though I am, measurably). But because I think differently.

I understand money differently. I understand income differently. I understand what it means to build something in public and why most people never start.

Week 11. Two weeks left.

Honest moment: there were weeks in this journey where I wondered if it was working.

The follower count was slow. The DMs were quiet. The posts felt like they were going into a void.

Then I got a message from someone I hadn't spoken to in months.

"I've been reading all your posts. I'm finally ready to talk about it."

Every creator has this story. The audience is always larger than the engagement suggests. The people who take action are almost never the loudest ones in the comments.

You never know who's watching. You never know which post tips the balance.

That's why you never stop.
