Designed and fabricated to suit the specific requirements of the site, featuring stainless steel construction, chequer plate decking, access stairs and safety handrails.

🔧 TIG welded using: • 316L stainless steel filler rods
• 316L tungsten electrodes
• Clean and strong TIG welds

🤝 This project was proudly completed in collaboration with LS Engineering.

🏗️ Industrial Machine Installation Completed 🏗️

Another quality fabrication and welding project completed by LJD Welding.

We fabricated and installed two heavy-duty I-beams, securely anchored to the concrete floor using threaded bar anchor bolts.The industrial machine was then accurately positioned and welded onto the beams, ensuring the required clearances, alignment and vibration support for safe and reliable operation.
