We truly have an amazing team at . May brought out the best in them. Simphiwe is a familiar face either as top or 2nd, this month he was our top performer again. Khanya came 2nd and as part of our learner program this makes us very proud. Stanley has been with us for a few years but in the month of May he pulled out all the stops and he could not even see a competitor in his rear view mirror for up-sales. Well done to our top performers but we know team work makes a difference

The staff at Engen Edgemead Convenience Centre are in a class of their own. Thelma was our top attendant for April, Ronald is a top class barista and our newby Sonwabile got the hang of cashier and teamwork in a short time

Best attendant winner for April was Thelma. She was also the winner in August 2025, fitting for woman's month. Our runner up Anele. Anton our winner for selling more than just fuel could probably sell ice to an eskimo. To be the best you also need a good team an the team at Engen Edgemead Convenience are truly a formidable one.

They are out there extreme heat as we just experienced and wet and cold as we are moving into winter again. This month Khanya is our double top performer and Simphiwe is our runner-up.
