September gave us some old and some new faces for our top performers. Khanya is our top attendant. Ahko gave him a good run... Maybe next time. Athabile is still our best up sales person. Nocawe is our top cashier for the month and truly a calm force behind the counter in rush hour

Every month we honor our best staff for the effort to serve customers. They sometimes work in extreme weather conditions and you might not think it but a good shot of pressure. Khanya was our top attendant serving fuel and up-sales. Simphiwe was close but had to settle for 2nd spot. Siphosethu is fairly new to our cashier team but slowly worked her way up to the no1 spot this month. As always it's team work but not everyone score the goal

It a new month but we have to give credit to our top performers of July 1st. When you look at Simphiwe and Khanya you will see both are looking at the forecourt 😂 they want the picture taken but they do not want any customer to wait to be helped. So if it looks a bit off it's because our 2 top performers have your happiness at ❤️
Athabile is our top up-sales attendant for the 2nd month in a row.

The team at Engen Edgemead Convenience Centre is truely an amazing team. The woman on the team is giving their colleagues a run for the top spot. Athabile was the winner attendant and winner up-sales. Khanya gave her a good go but had to settle for 2nd place

We truly have an amazing team at . May brought out the best in them. Simphiwe is a familiar face either as top or 2nd, this month he was our top performer again. Khanya came 2nd and as part of our learner program this makes us very proud. Stanley has been with us for a few years but in the month of May he pulled out all the stops and he could not even see a competitor in his rear view mirror for up-sales. Well done to our top performers but we know team work makes a difference

Best attendant winner for April was Thelma. She was also the winner in August 2025, fitting for woman's month. Our runner up Anele. Anton our winner for selling more than just fuel could probably sell ice to an eskimo. To be the best you also need a good team an the team at Engen Edgemead Convenience are truly a formidable one.

Afika was a part of our forecourt team for more than 5 years. He is now a qualified correctional officer. We wish him all of the best and sure he will make a difference to his new team as he did in the Engen Edgemead team.
