Dit was een epic projek. Ons het die kitchen design gedoen al die kombuis toerusting, Canopy, Fresh air, cloud room, Freezer room ,al die ventilasie systems, Mini splits Ducted systems Cassette units under ceiling unit, evaporator coolers, Solar system ons is regtig n one stop shop. Groot of klien projekte.

Legal Action Pending Against Supplier of Air Conditioners

We need to issue an urgent warning to members of the public that there is an
air conditioner supplier currently not complying with the basic standards
and terms of the Consumer Protection Act in South Africa. Feel free to
contact me in private to get more information about this company.

The supplier, who we fully intend to publicly name, have made some of our
clients wait for spare parts for months. They refuse to answer our calls,
respond to our emails or honour the basic business principles suppliers are
legally required to do. This is unacceptable to us and we have reached out
to other companies who are experiencing the same intolerable issues with the
same supplier.

We appointed an attorney and contacted the National Consumer Commission to
prevent any further inconvenience to the public. Even hospitals and sick
pensioners are currently suffering as a result of their actions, while they
continue to sell end of range products (they will not be able to supply
after sales service to).

Our company prides itself on being able to deliver quality air conditioning
solutions and services to our clients. We have worked hard over the years
to ensure that Melkbos Verkoeling & Ventilasie is the company of choice for
all clients - big and small, old and new. We remain committed and
determined to do what we are known and trusted to do.

We are forced to publicly ask this company one last time to update us on all
our outstanding queries. Alternatively, they are now aware of exactly what
we intend to do in order to protect the public and our clients.
