Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations on construction sites
Coordinate teams of workers, subcontractors, and suppliers
Ensure safety regulations and quality standards are met
Read and interpret plans and technical drawings
Report progress and resolve any issues on-site
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Solid understanding of construction procedures and materials
Valid driver’s license (and own transport, if required)
