It is very important to us that we continue to be as Eco-Smart as possible, and with this goal in mind, we have invested in technologies that enable us to continuously reduce our carbon footprint. We believe that education and knowledge is truly powerful. Our team attend relevant and current industry courses on textiles, chemistry, chemicals and technology and receive ongoing and intensive in-house training with a focus on capacity building and personal growth. and bring out the best in others that contributes to the success of our business. COMMUNITY UPLIFTMENT
Washtub is deeply committed to community upliftment and provides laundry services to the local Hospice and supports local schools. We initiated a sanitary towel drive for underprivileged girls and founded Comfort for Education so that menstruating girls do not miss school. Washtub also offers opportunity for individuals from a nearby financially challenged Community to train at our premises and receive a certificate in training and assistance in finding gainful employment.
