When Spesihle Mtshali joined Lesedi as an Engineer in Training, she questioned whether she belonged in a male-dominated industry.

Today, she is confidently applying her civil engineering skills, designing structures that are becoming reality.

Growing up in a rural community with limited infrastructure, Mtshali has always been driven to give back, using engineering to help build a better future for others.
