You and your team arrived when promised (which doesn't always happen...), and the tasks were dealt with efficiently and tidily.
The water heater for the shower downstairs could not be made to work after the hand-shower was replaced....and presumably this has been reported to the agent?
Your team worked consistently and we had no problems of any sort while they were at, Newlands. Job well done!
