The Vex is a sofa that works really well in multi-purpose spaces.

Like here in Iron Design’s project — they’ve created a space that can act as a town hall, but still works for quick meetings, team lunches, or presentations… without needing a formal boardroom.

It’s easy, flexible, and can be configured to suit how the space is used.

A bold, consistent space where everything works together—from the Cone meeting tables and Naos seating, through to the more relaxed areas with Cappi X, Pex coffee tables, and Poppi laptop tables.

In this office environment designed by Iron Design & Build, the workstation layout keeps the space visually open while still supporting day-to-day functionality. The Multi S desking system provides a consistent framework for the workspace, while mobile pedestals give users flexible storage without adding visual clutter.

In this space, beautifully designed by Iron Design & Build , the modular layout transforms how people move, gather, and sit. Instead of a traditional bench running along the wall, the configuration creates rhythm, visual interest, and — importantly — more usable seating.

We were thrilled to collaborate on the full office relocation for Cipla into their brand-new premises — a space designed to uplift, energise, and welcome.

Led by the talented team at Urban Spaces Interior Design, the vision was clear: create an office that people want to come to. A modern, vibrant environment with open-plan layouts, balanced by thoughtfully designed breakout zones.

Ergoform’s arcade units and planter box dividers help structure the space without sacrificing flow, while soft seating, acoustic lighting, and our playful Cappi Ottomans add comfort and personality throughout.

We had the pleasure of partnering with Sandra Mushi and the fantastic team at Creative Studios Limited on the vibrant new Compassion International office in Arusha, Tanzania.

Our team supplied easy-to-install Multi Desking, ergonomic task chairs with headrests, colourful desk screens, and matching metal pedestals—all selected from our standard colour palette.

But it didn’t stop at workstations. Ergoform also provided the soft furnishings, ottomans, acoustic lights, acoustic clouds, credenzas, and planters—adding layers of comfort, quiet, and style to elevate the entire workspace experience.

To finish the look, Creative Studios introduced custom-printed upholstery from Fabric Bank, giving the ottomans a distinct personality that reflects the heart of the brand.
