MSA Properties had the honor of doing an upgrade/revamp of wonderful Couples Kitchen & Bathroom in their 2 Bedroom Apartment in Milnerton, Cape Town.

The couple originally had an idea to make the Bathroom more comfortable & convenient for themselves as the original layout wasn’t working - As we mature in age our needs change and MSA Properties helped create the spaces needed.

After input from the couples “very thorough daughters” in the design, layout and finishes of the intended Kitchen & Bathroom Revamp it was agreed that both Kitchen & Bathroom was to be done together as ONE project - so with Considerable understand and teamwork it all came together as a stunning example of “ Best Use” of “Available space” with comfort and a touch of Class and most importantly keeping All within Budget.

And while all of this demolishing and upgrades was happening - this amazing older couple had to endure a very stressful period in their personal health and wellbeing. Strong willed Couple - Simply Great to see.

Amazing people - with lots of Life and courage’s in adversity - an exemplary Couple.

It’s rare to find such a well balanced and stable family unit - “ Take a Bow Guys “
